Submit Jobs using Web Client

Prerequisites

  1. The user account in https://seagrid.org/ with access.
    1. For quick access, use federated authentication, using existing institute credentials.
  2. Download below Gaussian input files from Sample Application Input Files
    1. Input File 1: neopentanediol.inp
    2. Input File 2: isopentane14diol.inp
    3. Input File 3: isopentane13diol.inp
    4. Input File 4: isopentane12diol.inp
    5. Input File 5: npentane15diol.inp
    6. Input File 6: npentane14diol.inp
    7. Input File 7: npentane13diol.inp
    8. Input File 8: npentane12diol.inp

Submit Jobs

  1. Once the account is created and gateway admin has provided you with access, you will receive a notification to your email.
  2. Log out and log in after the notification arrives.
  3. Navigate to Experiment → Create
  4. Follow instructions on How to create an Experiment. 
  5. Use input files specified in the above prerequisites.
  6. Launch the job either to Comet or Bridges cluster.
  7. When submitting to Comet or Bridges either use the default node, CPU, and walltime or change them.
